How do I return my iteacherschoice.com order?
NOTE: NO RETURN or EXCHANGE on music books, answer keys, and test related materials
You are entitled to return items and get a refund, or exchange items within 5 days following the delivery of your order. The item must be in the same condition as it was when it was delivered including labels. The shipping fee for returning goods will not be refunded.
Note: It´s important that you include your original invoice you received with your delivery. If you have lost your invoice, please contact us at email@example.com and we will email it to you.

Returns will be processed within 10 business days from the day it reaches our store. Please note that handling of returned books may take longer during sales periods and public holidays.
You can exchange items for a different grade or book within the same price range as the product you return. Exchange is based on stock availability, and we cannot guarantee availability. Exchange items are sent back to you for a flat rate of $3.99. Should the exchange item cost more, ask for a refund and place an order for the new item separately. Should requested exchange items be out of stock or cost more, you will automatically be refunded, and you'll have to order the new item separately.
Refund transactions will be reimbursed to the credit card account used to place the order. The transaction may take up to 2-3 business days to process, depending on your bank/credit holder.
Additional VAT charges will not be refunded. If you want a refund on tax or duty, you need to contact your local UPS, show proof that the item is returned for refund, and they will help you out. Shipping cost is not refundable.
If returning because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by Teacher's Choice, we will refund the cost of the item as well as the cost of returning it. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you discover the error and write “CLAIM” along with your order number as subject.
Returning an item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery that insures you for the value of the goods.
